Delivery

Many items are made to order, and there for carry a longer dispatch time to allow us to create your custom request. Dispatch times for these items will be described in the individual item listing. These dispatch times may vary during busy periods.

Items which are not made to order will be dispatched within 3 working days unless ordered with other items, in this case they will be dispatched together at the longer lead time specified.

If you have an urgent order request, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our upmost to accommodate your request.

UK delivery - Royal mail tracked.

Ireland - Royal mail International, all deliveries into Ireland are subject to customs charges which are payable by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We gladly accept returns on non personalised / non custom orders. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the returns process, once a return has been agreed please return within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective or the wrong size (sent in our error) is received : Custom or personalised orders, Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons). In the case of an order arriving damaged, defective or the wrong size (sent in our error) we will provide a returns label for you.

Once payment has been made for custom orders these can not be cancelled.
